New grant
Grant is available to not for profit organisations such as public sector buildings like schools and hospitals. Housing associations, local authorities and charitable bodies are also eligible.
Grant aid of 35% of approved costs is on offer for boilers up to 45 kilowatts output.
Once approved the aid is ring fenced for up to three years on behalf of the applicant.
This grant can be matched with some of the existing aid programmes on offer.
Only a limited number of Framework Suppliers have been appointed.
