Builder’s Bags of Logs - Softwood

Bring warmth to your home with Bowland Bioenergy’s kiln-dried softwood logs—an affordable choice for everyday fires.

We use only British-grown timber from sustainably managed woodlands, with nothing imported. From cutting and kiln-drying to bagging and delivery, we prepare and supply every bag ourselves.

Each bag contains a selection of softwood species, which may include Larch, Pine, Spruce and Fir, depending on availability.

Our logs are Ready to Burn authorised and moisture-tested in-house to ensure a moisture content below 20%.

Why choose softwood?

Easy to light and quick to warm your home, softwood logs offer excellent value at a lower price than hardwood.

Softwood trees generally grow faster than hardwoods and are abundant in our area. Sourced from sustainably managed woodlands, they provide a plentiful, renewable heating fuel—a great choice for keeping your home cosy while making your budget go further.
